Raw material prices are fluctuating at high levels, prompting yarn enterprises to strengthen the resilience of their supply chains
Influenced by fluctuations in the international cotton market and the upstream PTA prices of chemical fibers, the cost of yarn raw materials has been continuously under pressure recently. To address these challenges, medium-sized yarn enterprises are adopting "futures hedging" and "diversified procurement" to smooth out costs. Meanwhile, the industry consensus is to shift towards high value-added products (such as functional and industrial yarns) in order to enhance profit margins and risk resistance.
